Direct pay means you pay our office directly for your
dermatology visit rather than having us bill insurance
for the office visit. This allows us to provide clear,
upfront pricing and spend more time focusing on you
and your individual skin concerns. Prescriptions,
laboratory testing, and pathology may still be billed
through insurance when available.

We are a direct-pay dermatology practice, so office
visits are paid directly to our practice at the time
of service.

Can I still use insurance?

Prescriptions, laboratory testing, and pathology may
still be billed through insurance depending on the
pharmacy, laboratory, pathology provider, and your
individual insurance benefits.

Are superbills available?

Yes. A superbill may be provided for possible
out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not
guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.

How do I know which visit to choose?

A focused medical visit is appropriate for up to
two spots of concern or one localized skin condition.
A comprehensive visit is appropriate for a full-body
examination, full-body rash, three or more spots,
or evaluation of up to two medical skin conditions.
